In your world, content is probably king. A wide variety of content needs to be created, managed, and updated. These assets are used to reach your customers. However, across teams at organizations like yours, there are disparate content silos: images, video, forms, text, and audio are all stored in different systems. Usually, those other teams manage the different types of content, leading to confusion about the most current and accurate version to use with a digital experience, whether a landing page or a microsite, a small collection of landing pages, mobile apps, and more.  Consumers Demand Content  Content is still vital to any marketing and sales strategy in today's digital age. Most business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) buyers make digital decisions and engage with brands. Typically, B2B buyers consume an average of 13 content pieces before purchasing. Forty-seven percent of B2C buyers review three to five pieces of content before purchasing. With shorter buying cycles, content has to be more impactful.  Organized for Critical Touch Points  Whether you’re on the B2B or B2C side, it is essential to ensure that customers see accurate information, feel connected and engage with your brand’s content as they move through the customer journey. But there’s a massive gap. About 56 percent of companies say that their strategic approach to content management has not been prioritized within their organization, and only 59 percent have a documented content marketing strategy. So it provides a lot of room for companies to ensure their customers see the right content at the right moment in their customer journey.  Developing a Content Management Strategy  During our training series, we shared ways to create, publish and govern your organization’s content in the Lumavate Studio. When using our Content Management System (CMS), you can manage all of your content for your digital experiences in one place. This enables you to add, manage, and reuse images, documents, forms, and text across your digital experience. In addition, any updates made to items in the CMS are automatically updated in the digital experiences.  We are always looking for ways to make the creation and management of digital experiences simple and intuitive for our customers, and managing your content using Lumavate is the next step in that journey for us.  Check out the on-demand webinar,  Effectively Managing Your Content Using Lumavate, to learn more and see how our CMS works.
