Lumavate Introduces New Way for Manufacturers to Increase Mobile Subscribers

(Carmel, IND.) July 6, 2023 -- Sending text messages to customers is a great way for manufacturers to improve customer engagement and brand loyalty. 

In today’s product release, Lumavate enables manufacturers to increase their mobile subscribers by prompting customers to opt-in to their text messaging program following the activation of a digital experience via text.

Manufacturers can capitalize on the excitement customers feel when activating a product experience like a digital product onboarding experience and send customers important text messages about maintenance reminders, product recalls, new product launches, and more. 

This functionality also provides manufacturers with a way to further personalize the customer experience with the ability to customize the opt-in message, opt-in confirmation message, and select the Audiences the subscriber is added to. 

Additionally, Lumavate has expanded its library of design elements with the addition of the new Item Detail Component. This functionality provides manufacturers with an easy way to dynamically display product data in a two-column design with the data field name on the left and the product-specific data on the right. 

The new Item Detail Component provides manufacturers with an engaging way to display product features, specifications, details, and more on product detail pages to help customers make informed purchases.
