Inside Sales Representative

  • Major Duties and Responsibilities: (Other duties may be assigned as indicated below.)
    • Generate revenue by developing, selling, managing, and growing new clients
    • Prospect potential customers through outbound calling and cultivate existing customer relationships for renewals and up-sale opportunities
    • Present remote demos of the Lumavate product to potential customers
    • Understand customer goals and challenges and establish Lumavate’s product as the best solution available
    • Establish, expand, and maintain a pipeline of prospects to produce consistent, sustainable results
    • Qualify and forecast deals accurately
    • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual quotas and objectives as determined by management
    • Master company sales techniques and demonstrate full knowledge of company’s product & industry trends
    • Maintain accurate and detailed records
  • Qualification Requirements:
    • Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree
    • Expected Areas of Competence:
      • Ability to close and consistently meet or exceed assigned quotas
      • High degree of motivation and exceptional drive to succeed
      • Effective time management and deal management
      • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills in a cold-calling sales environment
      • Proficiency in problem-solving and strong work ethic
      • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work on teams as well as independently

Business Development Representative

  • Major Duties and Responsibilities: (Other duties may be assigned as indicated below.)
    • Generate and maintain a list of targeted prospects
    • Contact target prospects to create qualified appointments for the sales team
    • Utilize selling and influencing best practices to set up qualified appointments
    • Document prospect contact information and activity
    • Master product positioning, solution offerings and value propositions
    • Clearly articulate the problems the solution is solving in the market
    • Collaborate with marketing to discover opportunities from leads and aid in market research
  • Qualification Requirements:
    • Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is strongly preferred
    • Previous Work Experience: 2+ years previous Lead Generation and Business Development experience
    • Expected Areas of Competency
      • Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization
      • Excellent verbal and written skills
      • Strong computer skills, including use of Microsoft Office
      • Ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and be self motivated
    • Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge of SalesForce is a plus
